1. General information

X-Custom sells airsoft HPA products, HPA bundles, hoses, regulators, tanks, accessories, and related products.

Our products are intended for airsoft use and must be used responsibly, safely, and according to product instructions.

By purchasing from X-Custom, you confirm that:

  • you are legally allowed to purchase and use the products in your country,
  • you will use the products only for lawful purposes,
  • you understand that HPA systems work with pressurised air,
  • you will follow all safety instructions,
  • and you will not use our products in a way that may endanger yourself or others.

2. Eligibility to purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Some airsoft-related products may be subject to local laws or restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the ordered products are legal to own, import, and use in their country.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe the order may violate applicable law, safety rules, or our internal risk policy.


3. Product information

We try to make all product descriptions, photos, prices, specifications, compatibility information, and stock information as accurate as possible.

However, minor differences may occur, including:

  • small color differences caused by screen settings,
  • small visual differences between product batches,
  • minor packaging changes,
  • updated product components,
  • minor specification updates,
  • or improvements made as part of product development.

We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify products without prior notice, as long as the product remains suitable for its intended purpose.


4. HPA product safety

HPA products involve compressed air and pressure systems. Incorrect use can cause product damage, leaks, injury, or dangerous situations.

The customer is responsible for safe use, safe storage, correct installation, and correct maintenance of all HPA products.

You agree not to:

  • exceed the stated pressure limits,
  • use damaged tanks, regulators, hoses, fittings, or connectors,
  • use incompatible parts,
  • modify pressure components without approval,
  • disassemble regulators or pressure systems unless instructed,
  • ship pressurised HPA tanks,
  • expose products to extreme misuse, impact, or unsafe conditions,
  • or use the products outside their intended airsoft purpose.

HPA tanks must always be handled, filled, transported, and stored according to applicable safety rules and product instructions.


5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not always mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may contact you if:

  • an item is out of stock,
  • we need additional information,
  • there is a payment issue,
  • there is a shipping issue,
  • the order contains incompatible items,
  • or we need to verify something before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the paid amount.


6. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown on the website in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may include VAT or local taxes depending on your location, the applicable legal rules, and checkout settings.

The final price, including taxes and shipping, will be shown before you complete the order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed and confirmed, unless there was an obvious pricing error.


7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method,
  • the payment details are accurate,
  • and you allow the payment provider to process the payment.

If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel or hold the order until the issue is resolved.


8. Shipping and delivery

We ship orders to the countries available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are shown on the website, product page, checkout, or in communication with us.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • carrier delays,
  • holidays,
  • customs procedures,
  • payment verification,
  • stock availability,
  • pre-order timing,
  • incorrect address information,
  • or events outside our control.

The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the package, or non-collection from a pickup point, additional shipping costs may apply.


9. Pre-orders

Some products may be sold as pre-orders.

For pre-order items, the estimated delivery or dispatch date is shown on the product page, checkout, or order communication.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that:

  • the product may not be immediately available,
  • the delivery date is an estimate,
  • production, supplier, carrier, or customs delays may occur,
  • and the final dispatch date may change.

You may cancel a pre-order before it is shipped, unless the product was custom-made or personalised for you.

Once a pre-order is shipped and delivered, the standard return rules apply.


10. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes, free gifts, special offers, anniversary offers, and promotional bundles may be subject to specific rules.

Promotions may be limited by:

  • time,
  • stock,
  • product type,
  • order value,
  • country,
  • or current campaign conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, end, or refuse a promotion if:

  • it is misused,
  • there is a technical error,
  • the terms are not met,
  • or the promotion is no longer available.

Free gifts, bonus products, and promotional items must be returned together with the original order if the order is returned, unless we agree otherwise.


11. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions and product condition rules. EU consumer information confirms a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases and statutory protection for defective goods.

Do not send products back before contacting us first. The correct return address will be provided by email after your return request is approved.


12. Warranty and defective products

All products are covered by statutory consumer rights required by applicable law.

If your product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or does not match your order, contact us at:

  • photos or video of the issue,
  • a clear description of the problem,
  • and photos of the packaging if the shipment was damaged.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • incorrect installation,
  • misuse,
  • mechanical damage,
  • dropping or impact damage,
  • unauthorised modification,
  • exceeding pressure limits,
  • lack of maintenance,
  • use with incompatible parts,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • or use outside product specifications.

This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.


13. Product compatibility

We provide compatibility information where possible, but the customer is responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for their specific setup, replica, tank, regulator, hose, fitting, or accessory.

If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering.

We are not responsible for damage caused by using our products with incompatible third-party parts, incorrect fittings, incorrect pressure settings, or unsafe modifications.


14. User-generated content

If you tag X-Custom, send us photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content, you allow us to repost, share, display, or use that content for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes.

We will not claim ownership of your content. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share it.

15. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews, testimonials, and customer feedback may be displayed on our website, social media, advertisements, or other marketing materials.

We may edit reviews for length, clarity, spelling, or formatting, but we will not intentionally change the meaning of the review.

We may refuse to publish content that is offensive, misleading, illegal, abusive, spam, or unrelated to our products.


16. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, photos, graphics, product names, logos, designs, videos, icons, layout, and branding, belongs to X-Custom or is used with permission.

  • incompatible third-party parts,

  • failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information,

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including statutory consumer rights.


19. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters,
  • war,
  • strikes,
  • transport disruptions,
  • supplier delays,
  • customs delays,
  • government restrictions,
  • power outages,
  • technical failures,
  • pandemics,
  • or other unexpected events.

  • deliver products,
